As per the evolving customer expectations and industry standards, here are some of the requirements that were a must-have for the website to stay competitive with others:

To improve user experience and direct visitor’s attention, the client wanted unique interactive elements, like custom animations and a tailored user interface. However, these elements can affect the website speed and functionality of the Magento 2 website.
Global Select offers its services in different countries, so the agency wanted to set up multi-store websites for each country, each with its own specific theme. This increased the challenges because ensuring consistency and smooth navigation across different regional websites is tough.
The client required a solution where the admin could manage the content on the product pages, such as blogs, download material, FAQs, and videos, directly from the backend.
A reward point system was required that varied with each customer’s lifetime spend and was supposed to include additional bonuses, like quadruple points and affiliate points. Overall, this meant a complex backend system that could seamlessly manage different customer tiers and promotions.
The website required third-party application integration, like Xero, Unleashed, and HubSpot. The integration required customized Magento 2 extensions to ensure smooth data flow between the platforms.
