The client wanted a complete redesign of their existing website such that it could align with the current fashion industry trends, like mobile usability. So, here are the challenges that were involved in the project:

The website was built on the Shopify platform using a restrictive theme that didn’t allow modification in the design or custom feature integration.
It lacked the image change on hover functionality that allowed shoppers to preview another angle or version without visiting the product page.
Point of Sale (POS) orders were not showing the correct fulfillment location within the system.
There was no regular maintenance or dedicated technical support available to look into the technical issues and resolve them

As part of our strategy, we leveraged Shopify Plus and completely redesigned their store. We aligned the new look with current fashion design trends to deliver a sleek, premium, and mobile-friendly shopping experience.
Our developers created a brand-new custom theme from scratch to solve the scalability problem. The client has the freedom to update, customize, and scale the store as per their need.
The experts integrated a custom feature that allowed shoppers to view the second image when hovering over the product image. It helped in adding more visual depth.
To resolve the in-store orders not syncing with the right fulfillment location, we developed a custom Shopify Plus. This app automatically updates the fulfillment location based on where the order was placed.
After a successful launch of the redesigned website, we set up a dedicated team for TOCCIN, which handles regular maintenance, performance checks, quick fixes, updates, and technical problems.
