Challenges

The client requires a Healthcare web design that represents the healthcare services they provide and is easy for patients to use, helping them find what they need and ensuring a smooth overall experience.
They want to have the website admin easy to use and able to update the content, products process order etc on their own from the backend.
Patient Assessment: Patients need to log in to their accounts to access the assessment form. Once submitted, the form is saved for clinic staff review.
A major challenge with the assessment forms is that they are interdependent; the next question displayed depends on the answer to the previous one.
Another challenge was after completing the assessment, the website suggests products based on the patient’s input.
Also, requires e-commerce functionality to allow patients to order the suggested products online.

Solution

Team of Icecube Digital suggested Jetset Health to go with the custom design solution with creativity and mobile friendly design.
For the website, we suggested WordPress CMS, which is easy to use, lightweight, and fulfills the client’s requirements. This ensures that all the content will be dynamic, and the client will be able to make changes to the website content on their own in the future.
For the patient assessment form functionality, we created custom forms for different services and stored the data in the admin panel. We also created a separate section where clinic staff can review all assessment form submissions.
Implementing the interdependent nature of the assessment questions was a significant challenge for the development team but with meticulous planning, custom WordPress development and repeated testing we are able to implement the functionality client wanted so that the next question displays based on the patient’s input of the previous answer.
To display suggested product after completion of Assessment by patient development team created reliable algorithm which matches the patient input data with correct medication.
For the e-commerce functionality, we used WooCommerce with the WordPress website, which allows patients a smooth experience from exploring products to successfully placing the order. It also makes it easy for the client to add, update, and delete products and process orders.
